Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pk68game platform, available at https://pk68game.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services offered by pk68game. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on pk68game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use pk68game's services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

Account Registration

To place real-money wagers or access pk68game's gaming products, you must register a player account. Registration is free. The following conditions apply to all pk68game accounts:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. pk68game reserves the right to request age verification at any time. If verification is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account may be restricted or closed.
• Each player is permitted to hold a maximum of one real-money account on pk68game. If duplicate accounts are identified — whether intentional or not — pk68game will merge or close the duplicate accounts, any bonuses obtained will be forfeited, and the net balance will be transferred to the primary account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC), a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to operate your account, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. pk68game recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact pk68game support immediately.

KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, pk68game requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back). Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. During any KYC review period, deposits and gameplay continue as normal; only withdrawals are held pending verification.

Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on pk68game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pk68game does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person, and does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverified source, pk68game reserves the right to hold the funds pending investigation and return them to the originating account.

Failed deposits — where funds leave your payment account but do not credit to your pk68game balance — should be reported to support with the transaction reference number. Investigation typically resolves within 2 business hours.

Withdrawals

Players may withdraw their available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. First-time withdrawal requests trigger the KYC process automatically if not previously completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawals must be made to an account in your own name. pk68game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Verified accounts receive withdrawals within an average of 60 seconds, 24 hours a day including weekends and public holidays in Pakistan.
• Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount (not your deposit) becomes withdrawable. Your deposit balance is always withdrawable after KYC verification, independent of bonus wagering status.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other irregular activity, pk68game reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay and given an estimated resolution timeframe.

Bonuses & Promotions

pk68game offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and tournament-specific offers. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers on pk68game:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the amount you must wager before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x, 15x) is stated on each offer. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Sports betting and cricket in-play bets typically contribute 100%. Casino-style games (Ludo, Fishing Games, Aviator) may contribute 100% or a reduced rate as specified per offer. Poker rake contributes at the rate specified in the poker promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the offer terms (typically 7–30 days). Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering requirements lapse when the bonus expires.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. VIP cashback operates independently of active deposit bonuses and does not require a separate claim.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus wagering requirement is active, the maximum single bet or stake is Rs 2,000. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• Abuse & Exploitation: pk68game's promotional offers are for genuine recreational players. Exploiting promotions through systematic bonus abuse, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or participation through multiple accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and promotional winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

VIP Club cashback is calculated on net weekly losses and credited every Monday automatically. Cashback credited via the VIP Club is subject to a 1x wagering requirement — meaning it must be wagered once in total before it can be withdrawn. This applies to all VIP tiers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on pk68game are subject to the following general rules, as well as any game-specific rules published in the respective game lobbies and help sections:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the player. Cancellation of confirmed bets is not available except in cases where an obvious technical error has occurred (as determined solely by pk68game).
• In the event of a technical failure during a game — loss of connection, server interruption, or game malfunction — pk68game will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be voided and any stake refunded to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all pk68game games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market. pk68game reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits based on risk assessment without prior notice.
• For sports and cricket betting, settlement of markets is based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC, PSL Management). If an event is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed for more than 24 hours, pk68game's specific sport rules determine settlement — generally as a void with stakes returned.
• All game outcomes on pk68game are determined by a certified cryptographic Random Number Generator for casino-style games, and by real-world event results for sports and cricket markets. pk68game does not manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk68game and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture where fraud is confirmed, and reporting to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected:

• Opening or operating more than one real-money account
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity
• Using any software, bot, automated system, or technical method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or any other multiplayer game
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported immediately to support; winnings obtained through exploitation will be reversed
• Placing bets using payment methods that belong to another person
• Accessing pk68game on behalf of another person or operating an account as an agent
• Making any defamatory, abusive, or threatening communications through pk68game's support channels or any feature of the platform

Intellectual Property

All content on pk68game — including the platform name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, and software — is the intellectual property of pk68game or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Any right to copy, reproduce, or redistribute pk68game's content
• Any right to create derivative works based on pk68game's platform or game content
• Any right to use pk68game's branding or trademarks without prior written consent
• Any right to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced, and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform
• Loss of winnings resulting from technical failures that are reasonably outside pk68game's control (e.g., internet service provider outages on the player's side)
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses resulting from your voluntary decision to wager — gambling involves risk of financial loss, which is accepted by the player upon registration

Account Suspension & Closure

pk68game reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal conduct
• Identification of duplicate accounts
• Chargebacks initiated against pk68game deposits
• Use of prohibited software or exploits

In cases of account suspension, pk68game will conduct an investigation before determining a final outcome. If the account is closed as a result, any genuine player balance (deposits minus wagers, after forfeiture of fraudulently obtained funds) will be returned via the player's original deposit method. Players may request account closure voluntarily at any time by contacting support@pk68game.ws.

Privacy & Data Protection

pk68game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law under the jurisdiction of pk68game's operating licence. In the event of a dispute between you and pk68game, the following process applies:
